►Türkiye has enhanced operational efficiency and reduced costs by accelerating the integration of digitalization and green logistics practices.
►In the first quarter of 2024, prime rents in İstanbul increased by 18.75%. As a result, İstanbul ranks 12th among EMEA cities in terms of prime rents.
