►Due to trade wars and geopolitical tensions, Türkiye's strategic location and secure energy supply have made it an important base at the centre of the nearshore concept, making it attractive to international investors.
►Türkiye has enhanced operational efficiency and reduced costs by accelerating the integration of digitalization and green logistics practices.
►In the first quarter of 2024, prime rents in İstanbul increased by 18.75%. As a result, İstanbul ranks 12th among EMEA cities in terms of prime rents.
